Biography

Andreas Scheel studied International Management at ESCE in Paris and the Berlin School of Economics and Law. He served as a Project Manager to set up the Carl Benz Academy in locations such as Peking, Los Angeles, and Berlin. From 2014 to 2020, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Chair of Innovation Management at Freie Universität Berlin while also serving as the Programme Coordinator for the General Management MBA program. He was also involved in a project funded by the BMBF, contributing to the conception and establishment of the 'Product Idea Laboratory.' Furthermore, he is pursuing a PhD linked to Strategic Management and Innovation Management, and he founded a university spinoff named IdeaLab.Systems, focused on developing AI-based support systems for digital innovation and creativity processes. With over fifteen years of diverse teaching experience, Andreas is well-versed in modern lecturing tools including virtual realities, gamification, and AI-based ideation techniques, and he offers a variety of courses that emphasize sustainability and ethical perspectives in business.
