Biography

Andrew Azman is an infectious disease epidemiologist and Associate Scientist at the Department of Epidemiology within the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. His multi-disciplinary work centers on the dynamics of enteric diseases with a special focus on seroepidemiology and vaccines. He currently leads studies examining the population-level impact of cholera vaccination in the Democratic Republic of Congo and investigates cholera epidemiology in Bangladesh.
