Andrew Boutros is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo. He received his BSc in Electronics Engineering from the German University in Cairo in 2016, and completed his MASc and PhD in Electrical Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto in 2018 and 2024, respectively.
