Biography

Andrew Cavanagh is a Lecturer in the Department of Management within the Monash Business School at Monash University. He joined the department in July 2014 after obtaining his PhD degree from Monash University. His research interests are primarily in the areas of international business, management history, and management education. Specifically, Andrew explores themes such as foreign direct investment (FDI), subsidiary-headquarters relationships, subsidiary evolution, and multinational enterprise (MNE) strategy. He currently teaches the course MGF2351 International Business and also supervises students in related areas. Additionally, Andrew serves as the Teaching Associates Coordinator in the Department of Management, contributing to the educational development and support of teaching staff.
