Biography

Andrew Cole is the Woodrow Wilson Professor of Literature at Princeton University, a position he has held since 2021. He received his Ph.D. from Duke University and has been recognized as a Guggenheim Fellow in 2014. Cole has served in various prestigious roles, including Visiting Fellow at Souls College, University of Oxford, and Bloomfield Fellow at Harvard University. His research spans a wide range of subjects that bridge antiquity and modernity, most notably exploring critical theoretical frameworks. Cole's notable works include his book 'Birth Theory' and contributions to prominent journals such as PMLA.
