Andrew Foster is the Kathrine Robinson Everett Clinical Professor of Law and the Director of the Community Enterprise Clinic at Duke Law School. He has represented a range of clients, including developers, financial institutions, and nonprofits. Before entering law, Foster was involved in nonprofit leadership, notably as the founding co-executive director of the North Carolina Justice Center, and worked with community organizations to enhance economic opportunities in low-wealth areas across North Carolina and the Southeast. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina and is an active member of the American Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association. Additionally, he serves as an associate editor for the ABA Journal on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law.
