Andrew Scott teaches public policy at University College London, within the Department of Political Science. His research interests include understanding the processes of policy change, with a particular emphasis on the influences of lobbying, media, public opinion, and bureaucracy. Since joining UCL in 2020, Andrew has held various policy research roles in the UK Civil Service and at the Edinburgh Law School, as well as with the Law Society of Scotland. He also holds an LLB in Scots Law and an MSc in International Relations from the University of Glasgow.
