Biography

Andrew Shea is a versatile, award-winning director, screenwriter, and producer with a successful career in film, television, and theatre. His recent sports-themed documentary, 'Buzz,' which premiered at DOC NYC, explores the life of Pulitzer Prize-winning author Buzz Bissinger. Alongside his film projects, Andrew completed a new fiction film titled 'I’ll' with colleague Cindy McCreery, planned for premiere in fall 2023. He holds multiple degrees including M.F.A.s from prestigious institutions and is a member of several professional guilds in the industry.
