Biography

Andrew Zakhari completed his medical degree at McGill University in 2013 and pursued residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed a two-year fellowship in Advanced Gynecologic Surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Toronto and is currently pursuing a Master's in Global Surgical Care at the University of British Columbia. Zakhari has a strong interest in complex surgical cases involving advanced endometriosis and invasive placentation. He is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education at the McGill University Health Centre at the Royal Victoria Hospital, where he joined the staff in 2020.
