Dr. Andy Y. Wen joined the Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine in 2019. His research at UCLA focused on the role of the transcription factor CREB in innate immune function. At NYU, he worked on quality improvement projects and was involved in multi-center studies concerning critical care patients. He teaches Pediatric Fundamental Critical Care Support (PFCCS) and has developed various educational programs to enhance medical education in pediatric critical care. Currently, he is responsible for the Regional Pediatric Critical Care Outreach at Stanford, aiming to expand access to high-quality care for sick children.
