Dr. Angela Adams

Biography

Angela contributed to executive leadership development programmes at Saïd Business School for over ten years. During this time, she worked with clients to advance individual and organisational leadership development aspirations and became an associate fellow in 2018. Prior to this, as client director for custom executive education, she worked on the design and delivery of programmes and development partnerships in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, finance, insurance, engineering, and professional service firms. Angela is interested in using technology to support corporate learning, particularly in senior leadership development, to complement and extend the value of face-to-face learning environments. This focus has enabled the delivery of programmes with greater emphasis on supporting learning transfer for greater impact. In 2018, Angela's team was recognized by the University of Oxford for innovation in executive education. Before joining Saïd Business School, Angela spent 15 years in higher education publishing, with ten years at Oxford University Press where she was responsible for the development of new business management textbooks that supported digital learning resources.
