Biography

Angèle Beausoleil completed her PhD in Innovation Process Pedagogy at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Fall 2016. With a professional career spanning 25 years, she has held roles as a strategist and marketing innovation executive across various sectors, including technology companies and international consumer packaged goods, as well as non-profit organizations. As an assistant professor at UBC's Sauder School of Business, Angèle focuses on entrepreneurship and is the Academic Director of the W. Maurice Young Centre for Entrepreneurship Research. She is recognized for her award-winning teaching methods and her commitment to developing innovative thinkers adept at customer-centered approaches. Previously, Angèle taught business design and innovation management at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and served as a guest lecturer at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
