Biography

Anh Tuan Le received his BSc degree in Power Systems from Hanoi University of Technology, Vietnam in 1995, an MSc degree in Energy Economics from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in 1997, and a PhD degree in Power Systems from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden in 2004. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Division of Electric Power Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology. His research interests include modeling, optimization, control, and protection of integrated energy systems, as well as intelligent distribution networks with high levels of renewable energy storage. Additionally, he focuses on wide-area monitoring and control of power transmission systems, machine learning applications in power systems, and modeling, design, and analysis of electricity ancillary service markets.
