Dr. Anhong Guo

Biography

Anhong Guo is an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan's School of Information, specializing in the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). His research focuses on developing Personal Assistive Technology, which creates assistive systems that adapt to users’ individual abilities and contexts. Guo's work has received numerous accolades, including honorable mentions and awards at prestigious conferences such as CHI and UIST. He was also recognized with a 10-year impact award for his contributions to wearable technologies. Furthermore, he has been honored with the NSF CAREER award and recognized on Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in the Science category, underlining his influence in the field.
