Anil Keshava is an Associate Professor and Conjoint Associate Professor at Macquarie University, specializing in colorectal surgery. He graduated in Medicine from the University of Sydney and completed general surgical training across the central-western rotation in Sydney. He holds a Master's degree in Surgery from the University of Sydney and currently serves as the Senior Examiner for the RACS Court of Examiners in General Surgery, in addition to being the head of the Surgical and Gastrointestinal Program at Macquarie University Hospital. His clinical practice focuses on laparoscopic and robotic colorectal surgery, hernia surgery, and advanced colonoscopy. Anil is actively involved in developing new techniques for minimally invasive colorectal surgery and is committed to training fellows in laparoscopic colorectal surgery, as well as teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students at Sydney and Macquarie universities.
