Biography

Anil Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Saskatchewan. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology in 2014 at the University of British Columbia, where he also pursued additional fellowship training in Head & Neck Surgery and Salivary Endoscopy. Anil has been practicing since 2013 and has developed a subspecialty interest in General ENT, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Voice Disorders, and Sialendoscopy/Head Neck Salivary Gland Surgery. In addition to his clinical work, he holds administrative roles within the Department of Surgery and serves as the Saskatchewan Representative on the Executive Council of the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is passionate about serving his community in Saskatchewan and enjoys painting, poetry, and spending time with his wife Poonam and their two children, Aaryan and Avani.
