Biography

Aniruddha Hazra, MD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Chicago, specializing in Infectious Diseases and Global Health. He serves as the Director of STI Services at the Chicago Center of HIV Elimination and the director of the University’s Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program. In his role, he focuses on clinical research and works at Howard Brown Health, the largest LGBTQ+ health provider in the country. He is also a clinical ambassador for the CDC's 'Let’s Stop HIV Together' Campaign and is passionate about equitable healthcare delivery for LGBTQ people of color.
