Biography

Anirudh currently holds a Law Society Fellowship at Wadham College, Oxford. His research and teaching focus on private law, particularly Equity, Trusts, Property Law, and Contract Law. Before joining Wadham, Anirudh was a lecturer in private law at Pembroke College, Oxford, where he also continued his doctoral studies. He has supervised under renowned professors, including Professor Ben McFarlane and Dr. Aruna Nair. While at Oxford, he co-convened the Faculty of Law’s Obligations Discussion Group as well as the Private Law Postgraduate Research Students’ Discussion Group. Anirudh completed his Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) at Oxford with Distinction as an Inlaks Scholar. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Jindal Global Law School in India and a B.A. in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai. Anirudh is actively involved in research surrounding Private Law, Property Law, Equity, Trusts, Law of Obligations, and Commercial Law. He teaches courses in Land Law and Trusts.
