Biography

Anita Indira Anand currently serves as a Member of Parliament for Oakville East, Ontario, and is the Minister of Foreign Affairs. While on leave from her position as a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto, she has held the J.R. Kimber Chair in Investor Protection and Corporate Governance. Anand has previously served as the Associate Dean and has been involved in various academic roles, including Director of Policy Research at the Rotman School of Management. She is a Senior Fellow at Massey College and has been cross-appointed at the Rotman School of Management and the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.
