Biography

Anju Philip is an Assistant Professor in the Teaching Stream at the University of Waterloo, specializing in Psychology. Her research focuses on Organizational Behaviour and Leadership, with particular attention to work-life balance, social networks, and the experiences of racialized employees. Currently, her research is centered on understanding the work-life experiences of professionally employed racialized women, with a special focus on South Asian women. Her teaching experience encompasses a variety of courses in Organizational Behaviour and Business, including Human Resource Management, Foundations of Leadership, International Business, and Business Report Writing.
