Biography

Anna Dodonova, Full Professor of Finance, joined the Telfer School of Management in July 2003. Prior to joining Telfer, Anna was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Anna received her B.A. and M.A. in Mathematics from the Moscow State University and her M.S. in Financial Engineering and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2002. She teaches undergraduate courses in International Finance, Futures' Options, and Financial Management. Her research focuses on the behavioral aspects of individual investment behavior and on people's behavior in auctions. Her research has been published in various journals including the Financial Review and the Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance. Anna has received several awards for her research, including the 2002 best PhD Student Paper Award at the Northern Finance Association meeting and the 2005 Best Paper in Corporate Finance Award at the Southern Finance Association meeting.
