Dr. Anna Luan is a fellowship-trained plastic reconstructive surgeon and hand upper extremity surgeon at Stanford Health Care, where she serves as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Luan specializes in diagnosing and treating hand and peripheral nerve disorders, addressing issues such as fractures, instability, soft tissue injuries, degenerative conditions, spasticity, nerve compression, and peripheral nerve injuries. Her expertise extends to surgeries that help prevent and treat pain while maximizing function in patients with upper and lower extremity amputations resulting from trauma, tumors, vascular disease, or infection. Dr. Luan adopts a personalized approach to patient care, focusing on individual conditions and goals.
