Biography

Anna Russell is the Deputy Director of the Law Library at Cornell Law School and an Adjunct Professor of Law. With a rich background in law libraries, she previously served as the library branch manager for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Anchorage, Alaska. Anna began her law library career in the warmer climate of San Diego at the Pardee Legal Research Center, and she has been an active board member of the American Association of Law Libraries. Her experience also includes working as an intelligence analyst for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and honorably serving as a Surface Warfare Naval Officer in the United States Navy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Library and Information Science from San Diego State University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego.
