Biography

Anna Vind has been employed at the University of Copenhagen since 2002, initially serving as a Teaching Assistant before progressing to Postdoc, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor roles. From 2013-2018, she held the position of Professor with Special Obligations (MSO) in Church History. Currently working on her monograph 'Modus loquendi. Word Communication of Martin Luther' with funding from the Carlsberg Foundation, Vind has also established the Centre for Copenhagen Luther Research. This Centre brings together national and international researchers focusing on Luther studies from an interdisciplinary perspective. She was the Principal Investigator for the interdisciplinary research project 'In-visibilis. Visibility, Transcendence, Religion, Art, and Ethics', which was also funded by the Carlsberg Foundation. Over her career, Vind has contributed to various organizational roles, including serving as head of the Church History Section in the Faculty of Theology, coordinating significant academic events, and participating on numerous scientific boards. She has received multiple grants and fellowships to support her research activities, reflecting her active engagement in the field of theology and history.
