Biography

Anne Lynn S. Chang, M.D., M.A. is a board-certified dermatologist and Professor in the Department of Dermatology at Stanford University. She is dedicated to improving patient care through research and education. Dr. Chang is the Founding Director of the Advanced Basal Cell Carcinoma Clinic and the co-founding director of the Skin Longevity Program, where she also serves as the Director of Dermatologic Clinical Trials. Her research primarily focuses on the translational and clinical aspects of human genetics, healthy skin aging, longevity, and treatment for diseases associated with aging skin, particularly advanced basal and squamous cell skin cancers. Dr. Chang has led several clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies that contributed to FDA drug approvals for skin cancer treatments. She has published over 150 articles in peer-reviewed journals and is committed to training the next generation of clinician-researchers. A native of Southern California, Dr. Chang is a summa cum laude graduate of Harvard College and earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School.
