Biography

Anne Bryde Christensen is an External Lecturer and Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen with a background in clinical psychology. After completing her PhD in Psychiatry, she pursued postdoctoral work focusing on patient experiences in group psychotherapy for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder. Currently, she is engaged in research related to psychotherapy for eating disorders. Her research interests include group psychotherapy, common factors influencing outcomes in therapy, personalized psychotherapy approaches, the therapeutic alliance, and therapist effects. She is actively involved in a combined position at the Center for Eating and Feeding Disorders Research (CEDaR) at the University of Copenhagen and has been collaborating on top research areas over the past five years.
