Biography

Anne C. Dailey is the Sidley Austin-Robert D. McLean Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School. She previously served as the Evangeline Starr Professor of Law at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she has been a faculty member since 1990. Her scholarship focuses on family law, children's law, and the intersection of law and psychology. Dailey is the author of "Law and the Unconscious: A Psychoanalytic Perspective," which is forthcoming from Yale University Press in Fall 2017. She earned her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987 and her Bachelor of Arts from Yale College in 1983.
