Dr. Anne Greenhalgh

Biography

Anne Greenhalgh is the Deputy Director of the Wharton Leadership Program and an Adjunct Professor in Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She plays a pivotal role as the chief operating officer of the Wharton School's Anne and John McNulty Leadership Program. Greenhalgh is chiefly responsible for the design and delivery of co-curricular programming that supports the academic requirement of the Leadership Journey. Her teaching excellence has been recognized by the student body at the University of Pennsylvania, earning her the William G. Whitney Teaching Award on several occasions while being affiliated with the Wharton School. Her experience includes advising and consulting roles as well as serving as a visiting professor at City University in London, where she was part of the vice chancellor’s senior management team that laid the groundwork for the university’s teaching and learning strategy. At Wharton Executive Education, she has facilitated sessions for various programs including the China Advanced Management Program (CHAMP) and the Security Industry Institute (SII). Alongside her colleague, Professor Mike Useem, she co-hosts Leadership Action SXM Business Radio. Greenhalgh's research publications emphasize her commitment to leadership and management education, particularly at the undergraduate level, fostering intellectual rigor and experiential learning for senior executives.
