Biography

Anne Mørk primarily researches child law, particularly in the areas of social law, family law, and human rights. She published her Ph.D. dissertation in 2019 titled "Children's Procedural Rights in Compulsory Care Cases," which addresses social law rules as well as children's standing and procedural human rights. Anne has published both scholarly articles, books, and anthologies within child law and regularly shares her knowledge at conferences, in networking contexts, and as part of course programs. She is a member of the Department of Law's research group "SPARC". At the Department of Law, Anne teaches administrative law, social law, and child law. She is responsible for the specialized subjects "Social Law - Children and Adolescents" and "Child Law". Anne also teaches administrative law in the business law program and the political administration education at Aalborg University.
