Following her Ph.D., she completed a postdoctoral research position in the Department of Psychology and the Centre on Aging at the University of Victoria, as well as with the Integrative Analysis of Longitudinal Studies on Aging and Dementia (IALSA) research network. Currently, Annie's research emphasizes understanding the biopsychosocial factors related to the aging process, with a special focus on those living with frailty in community settings and long-term care homes. Her work aims to improve the quality of life and reduce social isolation for older adults and their caregivers.
