Biography

Anshuman Vaidya is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he teaches courses on Investigation, Prosecution, and Defense of Tax Crimes. His prosecutorial experience includes successful cases against securities fraud, mail and wire fraud, embezzlement, and identity theft. Anshuman began his legal career in the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, leading civil enforcement investigations across various industries. He has tried numerous cases in both trial and appellate courts.
