Biography

Anthony Mouchantaf is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law. He holds a JD from the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. He has also worked as a venture capital investor at OMERS in London and co-founded a healthcare company that was acquired by a publicly traded firm. Anthony began his career in corporate law with Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling in New York, and worked with the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights at the United Nations. His areas of expertise include corporate law, technology startups, venture capital, and intellectual property, with a focus on administrative law and regulatory reform.
