Biography

Anthony Rafferty is a Professor of Employment Studies in the People, Management and Organisations (PMO) Division at the University of Manchester. He serves as the Director of the Work and Equalities Institute (WEI) and is a member of the Executive Team for the Productivity Institute, a UK-wide research initiative focused on Employment Productivity. He is interested in supervising PhD students, especially in topics pertinent to his research domains and prefers a quantitative mixed methods approach.
