Biography

Antone Minard's academic background encompasses the field of traditional narrative with a focus on the intersection of ancient, medieval, and oral literatures. His specialty lies in Celtic-language literature, particularly Welsh, where he has published works related to Old Irish and Breton expressions. His current research is centered around the supernatural elements within Welsh culture, and he has played an active role in the Mari Lwyd revival through the Vancouver Welsh Society. In addition to his research, Antone is engaged in teaching the Welsh language, sharing his knowledge and passion for Celtic literature with students.
