Biography

Antoniella Busuttil-Naudi graduated from the University of Malta in 1999 and began her career as a house officer in a hospital under the public health service in Malta. Later, she relocated to Glasgow to pursue training in Paediatric Dentistry, culminating in her completion of Specialist Registrar Training in 2008 at the University of Glasgow, focusing on research that utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and inhalation sedation. By 2012, she completed her consultant training at Glasgow Dental School Hospital, subsequently joining the University of Edinburgh as a Senior Clinical Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry. Currently, she leads the DClinDent Paediatric Dentistry Programme. Her research interests primarily focus on child dental anxiety, contributing significantly to the field of pediatric dentistry.
