Biography

Antonio Pozos is a Lecturer at Penn Carey Law and a partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath. He is an experienced trial lawyer with a solid track record in criminal litigation and government investigations. Before joining Faegre Drinker, Mr. Pozos was a federal prosecutor with the Criminal Fraud Section of the Department of Justice and worked with the Corporate Strike Force and Medicare Fraud Strike Force. He has successfully prosecuted numerous cases including a groundbreaking case against a publicly traded hospital operator which resulted in more than $500 million in civil and criminal monetary resolutions. Throughout his career, Mr. Pozos has received many accolades for his legal work, including awards from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the FBI. He is recognized as a top legal practitioner by various publications and serves on the Board of the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
