Dr. Aqib Siddiqui

Biography

Aqib Siddiqui is a Fellow in the Management Information Systems & Innovation at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is currently completing his PhD in Management Information Systems at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. His research employs machine learning methodologies to address challenges in Information Systems, with a focus on understanding digital maturity in children. As part of his work, he has developed algorithms to determine levels of digital maturity across age groups, incorporating machine learning methods with explainable AI techniques to ensure transparency and interpretability. In addition to his doctoral research, Aqib has served as an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, where he has helped design and deliver courses on information systems and research methods. His industry experience in consulting informs his practical approach to the study of technology and digital transformation.
