Dr. Aqiba Bokhari

Biography

Dr. Aqiba Bokhari is an Associate Clinical Professor at UC Davis Health specializing in Anatomic Pathology with board certifications in pediatric pathology, cytopathology, and hematopathology. He has a strong clinical interest in pediatric small round blue cell tumors and a commitment to providing the highest quality care through accurate diagnosis. Dr. Bokhari's research interests encompass pediatric small round blue cell tumors, cyto-histologic correlation of salivary gland neoplasms, and pediatric myelodysplastic syndrome, with a notable focus on resident education. He completed his M.B.B.S. at Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan, followed by residency in Anatomic Clinical Pathology at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School and a fellowship in Pediatric Pathology at Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Bokhari has also undergone specialized training in Gynecology/Breast Pathology at UC Davis Health and Hematopathology at UC Davis Health, as well as Cytopathology at UMass Medical School-Baystate. He is dedicated to advancing education and clinical practice in his fields of expertise.
