Biography

Arnaud Schuele joined ETH Zurich as a PhD student in the Development Economics Group in August 2023. His research focuses on impact investing in low- and middle-income countries. In addition to his doctoral studies, he serves as a Senior Associate at the elea Foundation for Ethics and Globalization, having graduated from their two-year elea Talent Program. Previously, Arnaud worked with BlueOrchard Finance Ltd. and the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI), and he has also been a member of the committee at Terre des Hommes Suisse. Arnaud holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Quantitative Economics and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
