Arnaud Tellier-Marcil is an Assistant Professor in Civil Law at Laval University’s Faculty of Law since spring 2025. He is interested in both the theory of Obligations Law, emphasizing conceptual coherence, and its practical applications, particularly regarding its interactions with Business Law. His work focuses on contract interpretation and drafting, and he strives to build bridges between legal and linguistic disciplines.
