Biography

Arthur Li's research focuses on the critical intersection of international business, particularly in the managerial micro-foundations of control, coordination, and organizational evolution of subsidiaries within multinational enterprises (MNEs). Prior to joining the faculty at the Ted Rogers School of Management, he served as an Assistant Professor of International Business & Strategy at Henley Business School, University of Reading. He earned his PhD in International Business from Ivey Business School at Western University and holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School. With extensive industry management experience, Arthur co-founded an import-export trading company and held the role of subsidiary general manager in large MNEs. He is currently an executive board member of the Academy of International Business, Canada Chapter, and has been involved in various research grants and awards in the field of international business.
