Biography

Arthur Van Benthem is a Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also serves as Faculty Co-Director of the Wharton Climate Center. His research focuses on energy economics, environmental economics, and public economics. Notably, Arthur's work examines the unintended consequences of environmental legislation and natural resource taxation.
