Biography

Arun Majumdar is the inaugural Dean of Stanford's Doerr School of Sustainability and the Jay Precourt Provostial Chair Professor at Stanford University. He has held various academic and administrative positions, including founding Director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) and Acting Secretary of Energy in the U.S. government.
