Biography

Dr. Arvind Mer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Ottawa. His research focuses on various aspects of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, particularly in the application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in analyzing Omics data. He has a keen interest in personalized medicine, cancer research, genomics, and pharmacogenomics. His work aims to advance the understanding of complex biological systems through statistical methods and innovative computational techniques.
