Professor Dr. Arya Rahimian

Biography

Arya Rahimian is an adjunct professor of Finance at the USC Marshall School of Business. With over 10 years of experience, Arya has been actively involved in valuation services, specializing in intellectual property, businesses, and securities for various purposes including transaction pricing, financial reporting, and due diligence. As the director of the valuation advisory practice at Kroll, he has advised clients across diverse industries such as entertainment, media, internet, e-commerce, software, and video games. Arya has also led valuations for sports franchises, focusing on underlying assets, media rights, player contracts, and athletes’ names, images, and likenesses.
