Dr. Åsa Åslund

Biography

Åsa Åslund is an Associate Professor at Linköping University specializing in public law. Her research examines the legal regulations surrounding land use, particularly focusing on public access rights and their implications for outdoor activities within commercial contexts. Åsa's academic interests include the complexities of societal phenomena and the need for multifaceted analyses to create quality educational conditions in an increasingly complex world. As the program director for the Master's programs in business law, she aims to facilitate legally secure futures for individuals and organizations through education. Previously, she served as the Head of the Division of Commercial Business Law, where she contributed to the development and management of study programs. Åsa teaches across various educational programs tailored for aspiring business lawyers and HR professionals, with a focus on public law and labor law.
