Biography

Ash Alpert is an Instructor at Yale University in the Department of Medicine, specializing in Hematology and Medical Oncology. They completed their medical degree at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine and pursued a residency at Cambridge Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Wilmot Cancer Institute of the University of Rochester Medical Center. They are also a faculty affiliate of the Humanities Medicine program at Yale and have been involved in national advocacy to improve care for transgender individuals in oncology.
