Biography

Ashish Prasad is an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan Law School with over 25 years of expertise in discovery, litigation technology, and complex litigation. He has managed discovery aspects in hundreds of litigation investigation matters and has developed electronic discovery policies and procedures for corporations, law firms, and government agencies. He has edited four legal treatises, authored over 30 articles, and presented at numerous legal education seminars, contributing to various legal institutes.
