Biography

Ashley Weinstein-Carnes is a Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a land use attorney at Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP. Ashley is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the Leadership Team of the Small Scale Development National Product Council and formerly on the Steering Committee of the San Francisco District Council Young Leaders Group. She also holds the position of Vice-President of the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association and was honored with the 2021 Generation Award by Connect Media for the California region, as well as being recognized as a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers in the Land Use/Zoning category.
