Biography

Astrid Baumgardner, JD, PCC, is a Lecturer at the Yale School of Music, where she has been inspiring students since 2011. With a rich background as an executive coach, lawyer, and non-profit executive consultant, Baumgardner focuses on empowering students in the arts to embrace their unique gifts and explore their talents. With law practice experience in New York City over twenty-five years, she merges her professional skills with her passion for the arts, currently serving on several arts boards, including OPERA America and Sō Percussion, while also being involved with coaching and consulting.
